• In order for us to provision your DeskDirector service we will need a resource login to Autotask
  • You will either need to create or use an existing resource
  • This resource will need access to all tickets and have the ability to create tickets on all queues
  • You can change this to another resource at any time after the set up is complete
  • Autotask will often supply you a free resource to use for integrations
  • Once you have this simply fill in the details on the form below and we'll take it from there!
